Hand-stitched Tatreez Decoration

A framed piece of handstitched Palestinian tatreez to hang or display on a shelf. It measures 20x15 inches and is donated by Rula Odeh. Location Montreal, QC.

Rula writes, “The panel with Palestinian embroidery was given to me as a gift by a friend. Palestinian embroidery is very beautiful and the pattern reflects the identity of the region it is from. It often depicts nature including native flowers, plants and trees.”
