CFOS co-sponsors Ottawa conference

From May 28-30, church and community representatives, activists and scholars from across Canada will gather at Saint Paul University in Ottawa for a conference on Palestine, Settler Colonialism and Western Churches.

Participants will learn from and dialogue with Palestinian leaders about a faithful Christian response to the settler colonialism and genocide being perpetrated upon Palestine. They will also discuss how to attend to the Open Letter issued by Palestinian Christians to Western Christians titled “A Call for Repentance” in October 2023.

Canadian Friends of Sabeel is a co-sponsor of this important conference. Staff and members of the CFOS board will be there as resource persons, facilitators and participants.
