Palestine, Settler Colonialism, and an Ecumenical Call to Action

Held at Canadian Mennonite University from May 14–16, 2026, Palestine, Settler Colonialism, and an Ecumenical Call to Action brought together approximately 130 participants from across Canada, including scholars, students, clergy, Indigenous leaders, artists, activists, human rights advocates, and members of diverse faith communities.

The conference served as a national gathering focused on education, relationship-building, Indigenous-Palestinian solidarity, theological reflection, public advocacy, and practical action for justice in Palestine. Through keynote lectures, workshops, artistic expression, worship, advocacy initiatives, and community-building activities, the conference successfully transformed learning into concrete commitments and action.
